Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MEEOY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we are here to help. Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and order cancellations.

 1. Order Cancellation Policy

 

· Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, free of charge and no questions asked.

How to Cancel: Please contact our customer support team immediately at support@meeoytech.com with your order number.

After 1 Hour: Once the 1-hour window has passed, your order has already entered our fulfillment process and cannot be canceled. However, you may return the items following our return policy once they arrive.

· Eligibility Window: You have 14 days from the date your item is delivered to initiate a return.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned (e.g., custom products, perishable goods, personal care items, or gift cards).

· 3. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

 

· Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

· Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns to cover processing costs, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

· 4. Refund Process

· Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

· If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

· Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@meeoytech.com and send your item to A suitable address for communicating with the customer support team.
